An enviroment speedie that was pretty much inspired by me looking up in the sky at fast moving clouds in which that moment I actually felt like the city was moving and not the clouds.

Wow nice! Liking the composition. You've done the clouds really well.. (teach me!!)

One thing about the sea... it would probably be more effective if you painted it more smoothly, especially towards the horizon. The reason being, that visible brush strokes suggest waves, but with a floating island that big, waves tend not to be visible in comparison, so when looking at it, the surface of the sea would appear smoother.
